Brother Embroidery Software
Version 1.30
Release Notes
April, 1998
Installation
- If an old version has already been installed, it is recommended to
uninstall it before installing ver.1.30. In the case that the old version
is uninstalled, the existing design files in the C:/BES/Design folder
will not be deleted and still can be opened from the new version. In
the case that you install ver.1.30 to a different folder from the folder
that the old version was installed, it would be better if the design
files in C:/BES/Designs folder were copied to the Designs folder in
the new folder. Also, if a shortcut icon has been created on the Windows
desktop, it should be replaced to a new shortcut icon that is linked
to the new application in the new folder.
- If you install ver.1.30 to a different folder without uninstalling
the old version, you can use either one. However, you must run DRF12.EXE
program that is included in the ver.1.30 CD before you start the old
version.
