For LAN BOARD USER (NC8000)
with the MFC8700 in USA/CANADA
It may be necessary to update the firmware in your MFC for the NC-8000
LAN option. You can verify if your MFC firmware supports the LAN option
by pressing the "Function key" and then "Enlarge/Reduce key" within
2 seconds. If the LCD does not display "LAN OK",please download and
install this firmware in your MFC. Follow the "HOW TO INSTALL>>" instructions
which you can find in the table listed below. (You can also install
the firmware from NC-8000 CD-ROM. The directory is: NC8000/Firmware/Us_can/Mfc8700/)
CAUTION!:DO NOT INSTALL THE NC-8000 LAN BOARD
