- All food and drink are prohibited in the exhibit areas.
However, beverages can be consumed in the entrance hall, where chairs are provided.

- We are open from 10:00 to 17:00 (last entry at 16:30).

- We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all company holidays.

- Yes, we have parking for 3 large buses or 6 cars.

- We can accommodate up to 200 visitors at one time,although the Communication Zone (a video theater) only holds 75 people.

- What kind of exhibits do you have?
- We have everything from the latest communication and printing equipment to sewing machines produced when Brother was first founded.
We also have an exhibition of sewing machines from around the world, starting with a replica of the world's very first sewing machine. Visitors can get a feel for our communication and printing equipment in the interactive New Working Style Zone.Our corporate video is shown to give visitors a general overview of the Brother Group.

- Our corporate video is approximately 6 minutes, and we also have a 20-minute video on the history of the Brother Group.

- Yes, it's available in English and Chinese as well.

- We change the theme exhibition twice a year.

- Yes, we have several field trips.

- Can children visit the BCS without an adult supervisor?
- Children aged 6 and above may visit without supervision.
However, children under the age of 6 must be companied by an adult.

- No, we do not offer factory tours.

- This place is not for purchasing.

- Can we visit the BCS without a reservation?
- Priority is given to visitors with reservations.
If it happens to be crowded on the day of your visit, you may have to wait or return on another day. Therefore, we recommend making a reservation to ensure a smooth visit.
