QMay visitors take photographs within the BCS?
AIt's not allowed to take photos.

QAre food and drink allowed in the facility?
AAll food and drink are prohibited in the exhibit areas.
However, beverages can be consumed in the entrance hall, where chairs are provided.

QWhat are the Brother Communication Space hours?
AWe are open from 10:00 to 17:00 (last entry at 16:30).

QWhen is the BCS closed?
AWe are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all company holidays.

QIs there an entrance fee?
ANo, it's free.

QIs parking available?
AYes, we have parking for 3 large buses or 6 cars.

QDoes the BCS facility have wheelchair access?
AYes, our facility is barrier free, including the restrooms.

QHow many visitors can visit at one time?
AWe can accommodate up to 200 visitors at one time,although the Communication Zone (a video theater) only holds 75 people.

AAbout one hour.

QWhat kind of exhibits do you have?
AWe have everything from the latest communication and printing equipment to sewing machines produced when Brother was first founded.
We also have an exhibition of sewing machines from around the world, starting with a replica of the world's very first sewing machine. Visitors can get a feel for our communication and printing equipment in the interactive New Working Style Zone.Our corporate video is shown to give visitors a general overview of the Brother Group.

QHow long is the Brother corporate video?
AOur corporate video is approximately 6 minutes, and we also have a 20-minute video on the history of the Brother Group.

QIs the video available in any language other than Japanese?
AYes, it's available in English and Chinese as well.

QHow often do you change your theme exhibition?
AWe change the theme exhibition twice a year.

QIs it possible to take a field trip?
AYes, we have several field trips.

QCan children visit the BCS without an adult supervisor?
AChildren aged 6 and above may visit without supervision.
However, children under the age of 6 must be companied by an adult.

QIs there a tour of the actual factory?
ANo, we do not offer factory tours.

QDo you sell Brother products at the BCS?
AThis place is not for purchasing.

QCan we visit the BCS without a reservation?
APriority is given to visitors with reservations.
If it happens to be crowded on the day of your visit, you may have to wait or return on another day. Therefore, we recommend making a reservation to ensure a smooth visit.
