A. You'll need to reinstall the ActiveX controls and delete the temporary internet files to get it working.
Step 1: Delete the Brother CreativeCentre folder from C:\Program Files. This will remove all ActiveX controls related to the site.

Step 3: Delete temporary Internet files:
A. In order to use the Brother CreativeCentre, you need to have one of the following versions of browsers and operating systems on your computer:

A. IE 6.0 or higher refers to your internet browser. In order to use the Brother CreativeCentre, your internet browser should be Internet Explorer 6.0 or later version for Windows, Safari 1.4 or later version for Mac and Firefox 1.5 or later version.
A. Please click on "Start Here!" on the preview page.

A-1. Make sure you have the latest ActiveX controls installed. Please refer to "How to install ActiveX" for detailed help.
A-2. If you have already installed ActiveX, please refresh the window by clicking on "refresh" on your internet explorer toolbar. Then try to open the template again.
A. The editable template is made up of graphic elements which are collected into a zip file. This file is being placed on your computer when you start working on a project. The location of the zip file is C:/Documents and Settings/USERNAME/Application Data/Brother CreativeCenter/contents.
A. The zip file will not cause any harm to your computer, nor will it affect your operating system in any way.
A. Yes, you can certainly delete the file, but please note that if you want to use the same design again in the future, the same zip file will be placed on your computer again.
A-1. Just add more images to your image library and replace the ones you don't want.

A. Check "My Pictures" folder on your PC to locate your saved project. In case your saved file is not in the My Pictures folder, check the Brother CreativeCentre application to see what the default folder is.

button.
