PS-300B Upgrade Procedures
Before upgrading
- Quit PS-300B if it is on.
- Insert the PS-300B Ver1.0/1.51/2.00/2.10/2.20/2.21 CD-ROM to the CD-ROM drive.
(If the auto-play is set, PS-300B installer automatically starts. Close the installer.)
1. Open the explorer,and then double-click the downloaded PS300B222Up.exe
The upgrade program starts.
2. Enter the KeyID and the Password.
3. Insert the PS-300B Ver1.0/1.51/2.00/2.10/2.20/2.21 product CD-ROM to the CD-ROM drive, and then click "Start upgrading" (the Ver1.0/1.51/2.00/2.10/2.20/2.21 CD-ROM is checked during the upgrade).
The following display appears when the upgrading is completed.
If the error message appears

Solution |
| KeyID or Password is wrong. |
Enter the KeyID and Password written on the PS-300B Ver1.0/1.51/2.00/2.10/2.20/2.21 CD-ROM case. |
| It is not PS-300B Ver1.0/1.51/2.00/2.10/2.20/2.21. Please uninstall it, install the PS-300B
Ver1.0/1.51/2.00/2.10/2.20/2.21, then upgrade it again. |
Open "Control Panel" on "Start" menu. Open "Add/Remove
Programs" to remove PS-300B, and then install PS-300B Ver1.0/1.51/2.00/2.10/2.20/2.21
following the attached install guide. |

Insert the PS-300B Ver1.0/1.51/2.00/2.10/2.20/2.21 CD-ROM to the CD-ROM drive, and then click "OK". |
| Exit PS-300B or upgrade it again as the user account who have administrative privilege. |
Exit PS-300B if it is on, and then try upgrading again.
Login as the user who has administrative privilege, and then start installing. |
